Billing supports MSP Billing, private and third party billing.
Billing is integrated with the electronic records module. The billing module focuses for service codes and diagnostic codes using the patient information from the patient records.
Designed to be an easy to use the billing interface, data can be entered using keyboard and mouse or just keyboard to speed up the billing process.
Third party billing is provided through the same user interface. Demographic Information for the third party insurers is stored to assist in billing. Statements can be printed for for third parties with break down of individual patients and amounts payed and owing.
Private billing for patient is supported and can be billed and printed immidiatly, or printed as a batch with all outstanding invoices. Statements are provided for private billing showing outstanding amounts and payed amounts. This statement can be displayed or printed for the patient at any time. Create WCB forms online and transmit electronically. WCB forms can be started by the practioner and completed at time of billing and transmitted electronically. Extensive help for accuracy is provided as the form is completed. Extensive reporting is provided to assist with accounting and collection of outstanding invoiced amounts
